At Café Cruisers, we strive to ensure a smooth and fair process for cancellations and refunds for events, rentals, and merchandise.

1. Event & Ride Booking Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

2. Rental Cancellations

• Bike rental cancellations made 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.

• Within 24–48 hours, 50% refund applies.

• Within 24 hours, no refund is issued.

3. Merchandise & Product Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• Refunds are initiated once we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (via Razorpay or bank transfer) within 7–10 working days, depending on bank policies.

5. Special Circumstances

We reserve the right to modify or waive these rules in case of event cancellations by us or natural calamities.
